How I Easily Relieved My Chronic Foot Pain In 23 Seconds

BY STEVE.
March 12, 2018

I used to suffer from achy feet, lower back pain, headaches, stiff and sore joints, even muscle pains on a regular basis. As a young man, and even through my early adulthood, I was plagued with constant soreness that kept me sidelined from activities I loved. Pickup basketball after work? Forget it. Salsa dancing with my wife? The pain kept me off the dance floor.

I tried everything – podiatrists, muscle relaxers, pain relievers, massages – you name it. Nothing worked for me. I was so desperate for relief, that I was close to having a pretty serious surgery, which I was told had a 50-50 chance of working or making the problem much worse. Deep down inside – I was terrified and didn’t know what to do.

"Nothing worked...I was terrified, and didn’t know what to do."

However, a few days prior to make the decision on the surgery, a friend let me in on this little-known secret. He had just come back from a 3-month backpacking trip in Asia, and filled me in on his adventures as we chatted over lunch. He explained that he was walking miles and miles each day while exploring, and that he too developed some bad muscle aches and shin splints. While exploring some ancient remedies in one of the markets, a vendor showed him these odd socks similar to what they have been using for centuries in Asia.

The Big Secret

The secret is perfect amount of compression, which target key points in the feet. The local merchant explained that the perfect amount of pressure is used to improve blood flow in underlying tissue and relieve the everyday stress that is placed on the body.

He wore them all around Asia and was amazed at the transformation he experienced. He felt like he had more energy, a clearer mind, and better posture.

Luckily for me, he had even brought back a second pair. After everything else I had tried over the years, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t skeptical. In fact, I pretty much dismissed this “ancient secret” right off the bat. I took them home (mostly to be nice to him) with the intention of letting them collect dust in the back of my closet.

However, the following day as I was getting dressed, I saw them sitting on the floor and decided, “what the heck.” I had nothing to lose except (hopefully) my foot pain, and I figured this would be better than having to pay hundreds for expensive orthotics which would make me walk funny for months. So, I slipped them on, threw on my sneakers and headed out the door.

The Process

What happened over the next 3 months improved my quality of life. I kept a daily journal, and wrote down some notes on my progression while wearing these socks:

First day: Feels a bit odd, but by the end of the day they were hardly noticeable.

Second day: Noticed I got a great night sleep for the first time in a long time. I feel well-rested. Unsure if the socks are working?

End of first week:  I have significantly more energy, a bounce in my step, and have been getting less headaches (still not sure if there is a correlation though). I’m getting used to wearing them. They feel much more comfortable now than the first day!

Two week: I no longer feel the need for the daily Advil I was taking. The pain in my feet has subsided to just an occasional throb here and there, and I have been walking more. I’ve even noticed that I’m comfortable standing for longer periods of time.

One Month:I’m standing taller and have next to no foot pain at all. I feel I have a clear mind, less headaches, and basically no muscle pain. My wife is amazed by the transformation she’s seen in me, and says I look like I’m back in my college days. We’ve gone back to dancing and having more date nights. No more staying at home due to my pain. I am a believer!

"What happened over the next 3 months improved my quality of life."

Less of a 'gadget' and more of an essential comes Doc Socks. Foot pain,no matter how much or how little it hurts,it sets a precedent for underlying health issues to come. You would think that comparession gear was for the elderly or just for athletes. This is no longer the case.In fact millons of Americans have experienced foot pain related to the arch, heel, ankle, or plantar fascia.

These episodes,no matter how short or how long, determine chronic issues later with varicose veins making an appearance. The wonderful team over at Doc socks have come up with a fantastic pair of compression sock sleeves.Their new socks Dramatically reduces swelling and pain in the heels. It soothes achy tired feet and helps with the circulation of blood flow so that your feet are getting enough oxygen.

Last time I checked they were running low on stock. I would check here and see if they still have any available. If they do, I strongly suggest buying a few pairs at least! If they work, please let me know in the comments below.

I'm so glad to see that someone else has heard of these things. I've been using them for years with fantastic results, but nobody I've spoken with has ever seem to heard of them. I'd like to get some more for my friends and family, thank for you sharing this link to the seller.

Thank you for sharing! I’ve been having bad lower back pain for as long as I can remember, but like you I've been too nervous to get the surgery. I just ordered pairs for me and a couple friends (we go on power walks ALL the time). Really hoping to see the same results you had!

I read your article, and although I was skeptical, I've been desperate to get rid of my migranes. After having worn them for a week, I do feel like my symptoms have really started to subside. So far I'm really stoked about these, and recommend them to anyone who has migranes or headaches.
